NeoChara, Inc. Guarantees that every LoveLocker™ will function for as long as you own it. The function is defined as functioning magnetic locked position and magnetic unlocked position, and performance of the silicone interior liners. This includes the replacements of the silicone interior liners.
The warranty does not cover: cosmetic damage, ie wear, tear, scuffs, scratches, or scrapes; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or shock; lost or stolen items, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
A picture of the damaged parts and/or LoveLocker™ will be requested as part of the warranty assessment. You can make a claim through our Contact Form.
